Welcome to Allegheny Secure ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website at [https://alleghenysecure.com] ("Site") and the IT services we provide ("Services").

By accessing our Site or purchasing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or Services.

We provide managed IT services to businesses, including:

• Remote monitoring and management (RMM)
   
• Cybersecurity and endpoint protection
   
• Data backup and disaster recovery
   
• Cloud services and migration
   
• General IT support and consulting
   

Specific services and fees are detailed in each client's signed agreement (Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, or similar document).

By using our Site or Services, you represent that you:

• Are at least 18 years old
   
• Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your organization (if applicable)
   

To receive our Services, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete business and contact information
   
• Maintain current payment details
   
• Cooperate with onboarding and necessary technical access
   
• Comply with applicable laws and acceptable use policies
   

• Invoices will be issued as described in your service agreement.
   
• Payment is due per the terms stated (typically Net 15 or Net 30).
   
• Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
   

Clients may not use our Services to:

• Engage in illegal activity
   
• Violate intellectual property rights
   
• Distribute malware, spam, or malicious content
   
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems
   

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services if these terms are violated.

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance and force majeure events may impact service availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
   
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
   
• Service interruptions due to client actions or third-party failures
   

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for Services in the past 12 months

Either party may terminate Services with written notice according to the terms of the signed agreement. Upon termination:

• Final invoices will be issued
   
• Client data will be returned or deleted based on agreement terms
   
• Ongoing obligations survive termination where applicable (e.g. confidentiality)
   

All content on this Site, and custom software or scripts developed by us for clients, remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

We may update these Terms occasionally. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the updated effective date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pennsylvania.
